Southwest used to be my airline of choice when I travel from Sacramento to Detroit and back (or the other way around). However, since I adopted my toy Shih-tzu a year and a half ago, I've had to switch to either Northwest, or US Airways because Southwest does not allow in-cabin pets.
I would ask that in-cabin pets be considered, as many customers travel with small pets. Pets are like family and are very hard to leave out of travel plans!
