I think a lot of these suggestions are very good and worth considering
Now my "tweaks"
1. Allow the purchase if you aren't a RR member of WIFI coupons/drink coupons for lets say 6 coupons for $10 that should cover all your flights within your ticket/travel range when you purchase your ticket, if you are a RR member then allow free WIFI access with RR number and pin.
2. This is the most important part- No Headphones-No WIFI you will not have WIFI access irregardless of how your accessibility was acquired. Maybe the Hudson News type stores down the concourses should sell inexpensive earbuds.
3. I also noticed where someone mentioned what if the person next to you is viewing something objectionable or something that shouldn't be seen by little eyes. Then at the counter if you have gained access then all passengers should be required to either provide a "privacy screen" or let one be available to rent at the counter at your departing gate up until the A Boarding Group lines up or 15 minutes before departure so that only those looking straight on would be the only one able to see the screen. In other words, just like the earbuds/headphones issue no screen no WIFI. If you don't have one then screen rentals could be an option for say $2 and you turn it in at the end of your flight you could earn say .5 RR credit. Keep the LUV going strong.
