I LUV flying Southwest Airlines!! What other airline do you know that has the best safety record, the best customer service scores,one of the best results for your bags actually showing up. Southwest.... WOW! You have received a lot of customers who are now angry. I have to say that you all were in the right though. I mean her skirt was very inappropriate. I saw it on the TODAY show and she claims how deeply sad she was. We are also throwing in "I had a doctors appointment" Goodness she is going to have a good case now.

Ok, what bothers me is that people decide to bring their whole bag on board. I think that the overhead bins should be for your "CARRY ON" Items that does not mean clothes! Southwest is great and allows you to be able to check TWO bags for a reason. I am so happy with the FA's and how patient they are in putting up with people who put their whole luggage in an overhead bin.

I have never been scared of turbulence during flight. Then last summer I was on a Delta flight and we hit rough and I mean ROUGH turbulence. A ceiling panel fell down and hit a customer on the head. We were a near twenty minutes from landing. The flight attendant was holding a cloth with one hand and holding the passengers seat with another. I have never forgotten this and now sometimes worry when it gets a little bumpy. Do you ever see this type of phobia in other customers?

Wow! This blog is very interesting. You know I am sure that American Airlines is just around the corner of Chapter Super
Bankrupt and they just continue to do whatever they can to destroy the greatest airline EVER. Southwest however, years and years and years of profit. American needs to get on board with all their "affiliates" and simply declare bankrupt as all the other airlines have.
