Why didn't you use the extra space to add a couple of extra large seats for your 300lb. Passengers instead of continuing to make the regular size people sitting next to them suffer? If you used the space for 3 seats to hold two larger seats, charge one and a half times the regular fare you wouldn't lose any money and if there weren't enough large people on a given flight, you could sell those seats to someone wanting the extra room and willing to pay for it. Be what southwest is known best for.....an innovator! And I do love you best of all
