Southwest - Good Job on having a policy which only is used occasionally. I choose not to fly Southwest because I believe that the airline is unsafe based on the behavior of employees when I worked in the Airline industry.
I hope all of us geeks and nerds and girthy folks never fly your "Happy" airline again.
