I'm not happy.
By cutting the Tampa/Dulles flight, you have just lost these two customers. One of us is disabled and a 5 or 6 hour flight to Dulles from Florida with a detour in Chicago is a brutally long, unnecessary length of time. What's more, our destination in Virginia is west of Dulles, so Baltimore is not an option.
I was ecstatic when you added Dulles from Tampa. You built a loyal customer base, and then destroyed it. Bad business decision. You have alienated a group of very loyal customers.
If I have to take another airline for my regular trips to Dulles, I will go ahead and use another airline for all my other trips as well - and that includes Denver.
