Hi everyone! I just wanted to say that I'm still in the pool (been there since February) and SW has been great about keeping me informed about any movement in BHM. It's a smaller airport, so not as much movement as some of the bigger cities I'm guess. I did hear in the last couple of weeks that there has been some movement, but I'm still in the pool. This is a great sign that there has been movement! :)
By the way, is the site www.seat-sniper.com in any way affiliated with Southwest? They are one of those that get your boarding pass for you and I thought that they were all shut down. Just curious.

I just wanted to add that I found out today that I was placed into the pool for CSA for BHM. I flew to Chicago on December 13 for fingerprinting and had not heard anything since. I finally called today after having not heard anything back and was informed that I had cleared all of the background checks and was in the pool! How exciting! So, just because you haven't heard anything doesn't mean that you were forgotten. Does anyone know if once you're in the "pool" you remain there until a position comes open, or if you stay there for a certain amount of time and have to go back through the entire interviewprocess again?
