I feel it is outrageous that Southwest Airlines is still only taking reservation through May 10th. Today is January 26th...That meants a potential customer is limited to booking out a mear 104 days (not even 4 month). At this time, I am left with no alternative but to purchase my tickets from U.S.Airways. Fortunately, Philadelphia is a U.S. Airways Hub, and their airline allows the customer to book up to 1 year out. I am sure you "HAD" many other Philadelphia based customers that were left with no other alternative but to pay more to your competition in order to assure their travel plans.
My feeling is this, your company spends a tremendous amount of money with TV ads ("you are now free to move about the country"), but you do not follow through on your commitment to the travleing public. You do not allow your customers make proper and necessary travel arrangements.
The management at Southwest desperatly needs to be evaluated!
