This news literally caused me to jump up and down like a 4 y/o. Not only do I have many friends who live in New York who travel to Chicago often and are "forced" to take jetBlue, American, and United (yikes), but as a flight attendant I hear customers say all the time that they wish we'd fly into New York besides Long Island.
And for those that say LGA is a "s&#$ hole", remember how Midway used to be....and OKC...and ISP...and... Airports evolve and improve...especially after WE get ahold of them.
