Ding: Such a thorn of a program from such a rose of an airline.
Thanks to Scott for suggesting the solution that worked.
Now I'll have to find something else to do with all the time I spent playing with firewalls, antivirus programs, reinstalling, hiring a priest for an exorcism, etc.
