As a customer and as a stockholder, I just want to mention how much I admire the level of corporate candor it takes to let people tell LUV exactly what they feel about things...even when they clearly don't LUV it! I'm not certain about how many publicly traded companies allow this level of rancor on a corporate blog; however, I would have to think it's a small number. I for one am glad that LUV is among them.
