We have all seen video and photos of Kevin Smith, and I've seen guys twice his size kept on your airline....I've had to sit next to some of them myself.
Southwest Airlines should be ashamed and issue a proper apology.
I will also join the boycott and not fly southwest until a proper apology/retraction is made.
We fly often and will be waiting to hear...
