Hello and thanks for such a sweet story.
Some people just don't get it. The whole "flight attendant" thing. I fell into the travel industry on accident and fell in love. As for the last 13years...I just needed to get out of my home town, I loved flying, staying in hotels and it seemed perfect.
It sound like you gave the perfect answer. You simply be yourself and either you are right for it or not.
