You can fix this pretty easily. You just need to make sure that your KTN is entered, and then re-check in.
Step 1) Visit southwest.com > Click "Flight" in the upper right corner > Manage Reservation > Add Secure Traveler Information
Step 2) Check in for your flight on Southwest.com
This should remedy the issue!

If you booked the tickets before you had A-List status, you won't receive A-List boarding passes. BUT, this is a very easy fix. You just need to contact us at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA or on Twitter (@SouthwestAir), and we can very quickly update your ticket to reflect the A-List status. Since drones are not banned by TSA, they are acceptable for travel as long as they meet Southwest Airlines carryon sizing requirements (find out more about those here). Also, it would be considered an electronic device and allowed. From a battery standpoint, if batteries are lithium-ion, they must be 100 watt-hours or less. Spare batteries must be transported in carry-on baggage and protected from short circuit.

Thanks for the clarification, @Brifttanyj. If you upgrade to a Business Select ticket from the Wanna Get Away fare that you currently have, the original Wanna Get Away portion of the ticket will remain nonrefundable. Any new funds that you apply to make up the difference will be refundable.

It may be that you signed up for the Chase offer of 10,000 bonus points and a $200 credit card statement credit. That offer is available only through the booking path at Southwest.com. You should reach out to Chase Visa as soon as possible to identify your enrollment offer and inquire if Chase will honor the other offer of 40,000 points.

If everyone is on the same confirmation number, you'll only need to check in one time. When you check in on Southwest.com, it will bring up everyone on the reservation. You can go ahead and check in your whole group at that time.

If you cancel your daughter's ticket, you'll have one year from the original date of purchase to use the travel funds for another reservation for your daughter. The funds do have to stay with the original name on the ticket (your daughter).

Consider simply purchasing a flight for your daughter with your points instead of transferring them to her account. You can use your Rapid Rewards points to book a ticket for anyone, and there's no charge for doing that!
