Keep checking the book a flight section of the app people cancel all the time and maybe another flight will open up so you can get home sooner.
You might also consider splitting up to get home sooner like if your a party of 5 send 3 on one flight and 2 on a different one.

can 1 of the 3 travelers get a luv voucher
If you cancel 1 person off a reservation they would have a travel fund valid for a year from when the original booking was made or oldest travel fund applied to the booking (if that applies to this passenger) no LUV voucher would be issued for someone cancelling on their own.

For proof of delay or cancellation, submit an online request through their contact page or call customer relations at 1-855-234-4654.
Unfortunately customer relations by phone is no more.
They could try email or the 800-435-9792 regular customer service number.

Sorry you have been on hold for so long. Due to recent schedule changes this has caused hold times to increase and like most places these days I'm sure the group's department is understaffed.
Hang tight and someone will answer soon.

I understand. It's been 6 hours for me. I'm trying to get a name change. Frustrating and SUPER poor customer service.
You should be able to use the name template that you submitted when making your deposit to change names without a need for calling. You can refer to the contact emailed to you and it will have details on how to change names.

Because of recent schedule changes the hold times to get a groups agent is long just hang tight and they will get to you as soon as possible.
Just curious did they change the time for deposits recently? My last group booking my deposit had to be paid by 5pm Central

While you can't have your friends reservation show up in your account if you have the Southwest app you can look up her reservation and it will save that confirmation under the look up reservations section of the app for easier viewing.

If your husband is a big guy and would spill in to the next seat he could take advantage of the customer of size policy where he can get a 2nd seat for no charge and it would get him pre boarding and more room however just being tall won’t qualify him for the policy.
if he is just tall then that’s not a reason to preboard. If he has a medical reason then yes he could preboard.

So if you booked less than 24 hours a go you could *cancel* request a refund and rebook and that difference you would keep on your credit card. keep in mind this will only work if you booked less than 24 hours a go and you need to cancel and rebook not change reservation.
if it’s after the 24 hour mark you can just change the reservation and get a credit for use on a different flight use by the expiration date which in your case will be the expiration date of the oldest travel fund/LUV voucher applied to your reservation.

You could always take pictures of receipts that way you don't have to save them or some companies allow you to email the receipt to yourself I know that doesn't help with this but maybe it would help should it ever happen again.
If you bought your clothes with a credit card maybe go back to that statement. If you bought clothes under a rewards program where you enter your phone number/ email at check out maybe ask the company if they can get you a copy of your receipt.
Unfortunately they probably won't cover your uber rides since they got you to your destination.
They need receipts as proof because otherwise people would abuse the process and airlines would be in trouble.
Hopefully they can help you settle for something I know lost bags are not fun I've had several myself

You could book a bogus flight that is say $250 then immediately cancel and then you could use the then travel fund plus another voucher
Example
Book flight from AUS-MSY for about $250 applying 2 luv vouchers
Immediately cancel and request refund for the credit card portion
Use the canceled confirmation number to book with another luv voucher
You can also book one ways to use the other vouchers

Sorry to hear your flight was late and that you had a bad experience with Sheryl. Once your travel is complete you can reach out to Southwest customer relations by clicking the contact us link at the bottom of this page and submit your feedback and someone will get back to you as soon as possible and hopefully they can compensate for the delay and pass on the notes to the appropriate team.

Unfortunately once your outside of the 24 hours from when you booked the flight is non refundable unless you book the anytime/Business select fare, Southwest makes a schedule change, or the flight is canceled by Southwest if you cancel before they do then unfortunately all you would get is a credit.
You could try calling saying the flight was canceled because of weather and see if any exceptions can be made.
In regards to the delayed bag once the bag is received they can contact customer relations by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of this page and see if any compensation could be provided.

I'm curious when you say they are holding your reservation till 3/1 I have only heard of a 24 hour hold and 3/1 is more than 24 hours away and the 24 hour hold on southwest only held your seat not the fare.
Also it sounds like the first few agents were helpful and only 1 wasn't why not just call back and maybe you will get another helpful agent.
When you say your account was frozen did you break rules to have that happen?

Southwest just made schedule changes for April so it's possible the system had a hiccup when rebooking you could wait and hopefully the flight you want opens up or you can change to another flight (within 14 days and same city pairs) with no fare difference. You can do this on the app/website or you can call but wait times will be long due to schedule changes and the winter weather.

I have had a few times where I get an agent at a company who can't help so I just call back and hope the next agent can help. Waiting for the price to double will create an issue that no one can help. In your case I would have just called back immediately to get help from someone else.
Now with not available when you searched online did you have the right number of people in your search it's possible only a couple seats were left and you needed more than what existed.

If you have the mobile app does it tell you to check in at the airport? Sometimes the website is slow at updating to show canceled. Also it might have rebooked you in the text as well so you might look for that and then you would know if it was canceled.

if you have A List and bought WGA or Anytime fares your companion would be assigned right behind you if you buy the Business select fare or upgrade to the A1-15 group your companion won’t be checked in automatically behind you. You could buy EB check in for your companion and maybe they will be close to you in boarding but that will depend on the number of A List customers ahead of you and other EB passengers. You could also pay the upgrade fee for your companion that way they would be very close to you in boarding.

Yes you would need to complete travel by that date.
if your unable to do so you could request the 6 month extension but it would come with the $100 fee per travel fund.

I think I know what is going on. Do you see this message above the part of the screen you posted?
When Southwest changes a flight, they give you an option to change the flight without a change of fare. Until sometime last month, a change in either leg of a roundtrip flight seemed to allow you to make this type of change to either leg. Now, however, the system seems to limit you to the leg Southwest changed (and even if Southwest coincidentally changed both legs, you have to make your changes separately). So, if only one leg was changed, the other leg is grayed out when you go to make a change. Also, with this type of change, you won't get a refund if the new flight is actually cheaper and would save you money through a normal change, which was also true when Southwest allowed you to change either leg with this type of change. Other than cancelling the leg you want to reprice and then rebooking at the lower price (which will result in two one-way tickets with different confirmation numbers-not a big deal IMO), I'm not sure how to solve this short of calling Southwest.
I do believe this might be the cause as well the return probably had a schedule change and unfortunately one flaw with the system is if your ok with the new flight you can’t change a flight until you deal with the modified flight.
they need to have a way for you to accept the new flight so you can change the whole reservation as normal.
if you remember what you paid and the cost is lower you could call southwest 800-435-9792 and ask them to reprice the cheaper flight

I’ve gotten about 15-20 vouchers in the last 6 months from delays and cancellations and none of mine were just magically used other than the ones I actually used on myself or a family member. Is it possible that the voucher expired or that you used it and forgot that you used it?

If your talking about a trip in April it looks like they are redoing the schedule and a lot of people are having schedule changes the nice thing with southwest compared to other airlines if your flight changes by even 5min you get 1 free change to any flight you want with same city pairs within 2 weeks of your original flight so did you book a red eye because it was cheaper well you could switch to the mid afternoon $400 without a penny more owed so when you say you got rebooked and you have to pay well if they rebooked you then you can change for free or request a refund if the change is major.
