Question? Is it the policy now of Southwest to not allow pre-boarding for passergers with small children. My daughter-in-law and 3 month old grandson were flying from Reno to the bay area. She was advised that they could not pre-board. The reason given was that buiness travelers complained. If this is indeed the policy I will no longer fly Southwest and I wil make sure all my family and friends are well aware of this unfriendly family policy. What makes it even worse is your making young family stand in your ABC lines.

Well, it looks like I am the only one with any reason to celebrate today, as my OU Sooners came into town and beat UT. It was a great game, and I look forward to the next couple of years of them as wel, as OU has a great team and a lot of key players are only freshman.
And, Jeramy, I have to first disagree with your last post that USC has the toughest schedule. The SEC is by far the toughest conference in football, with any one of those teams able to beat just about any team in the country on any given Saturday.
But, it doesn't matter anymore, as USC lost to Stanford. Wait, that can't be right can it......Stanford!?.....

Gee, I guess alot of people just read the news and/or watched the video. I agree with all the above. I have seen first hand Southwest dragging people off the plane and confronting people with children etc. They embarrass the customer and their flight people are the rudest I have ever encountered. I have actually paid higher fares to avoid flying with them. Something should be done. I think I will ask the question everyone is burning to know, Where is your dress code Southwest?

I thought of another one. Why did the nurse ask for a red crayon or marker & a piece of paper? She was going to draw blood!

Opps! now it's 4-1. Game over!
Grass is green, fares are low, try a ding! fare for where you want to go.

I am a good customer of Southwest flying out of BWI. Before I just leave you guys flat without saying goodbye I have to tell you why. We have a corporate travel guideline which limits us to +$200 vs. the lowest priced fares. This was never an issue until recently and I find I can no longer comply with our travel policy using Southwest. Today I'm trying to book Las Vegas and Delta and American are over $200 less. What gives?
I'm a sales director myself and would love to get a "heads up" from a long standing, departing customer. It's been great.

Please, please start flying to Missoula. I don't want to have to drive to Spokane to get a Southwest flight.

I thought of two more. The first one is: Why do SWA employees not order cheese on their sandwiches/burgers at restaurants? It's because the only offer American cheese, & not Southwest! The second one: What two movies do they not like to watch? All Quiet on the Western Front & North by Northwest! Ha, ha. 🙂

No marathons here baby, but I do work out 5 nights a week ( mostly because I love to eat). Here are some rules to live by:
Exercise is a JOURNEY, but it HURTS SO GOOD. If you eat too many BLACK EYED PEAS, then you tend to get a little BOOTYLICIOUS, NO DOUBT. Don't throw STONES at people at the gym with perfect bodies. Never work out in BAD COMPANY. And last but not least....Lean Cuisines taste better with a little SALT N PEPPA on it! Rock on with your bad self Jilly Bean!

Sad to say but it's true. We are in this situation for security reasons. Just find alternatives to what you usually carry. After all, we could have a safer flight.

My son booked us on Southwest next month for our trip to Disney. Frankly, with flying with my 2 grandkids, if I had known before that there was no assigned seating, I would have insisted on another airline. I am already dreading the flight there and back.
