I actually recieved the promotion. I think I received it because my trajectory on flights will put my over the top in November, so I'm guessing they are targeting folks who will probably get the pass anyway?

i read that too, but i think the "and" means both registered and booked. So, I don't think it does. I rebooked two flights myself. Paid an extra $19.
