Investing more time than it took me to write this post would be stupid and accomplish nothing. However I and my company continue to be loyal to SW due to the low cost and ease of travel. Not the customer service I received on this issue You mention speaking to Customer Service, did you try calling the A-List number? I suspect they'll be able to better help you. Alternately, I'd suggest you reach out to Customer Relations -- they are greatly empowered to get to the bottom of the issue and reach a resolution.
