No required box. Here's what the airline says: "Golf bag in hard-sided golf bag carrying case provided by Passenger, including clubs, balls, and shoes. Hooded golf bags or golf bags in a soft-sided carrying case provided by the Passenger will be conditionally accepted." Conditionally accepted means "if it's damaged, we are not responsible." Moral of the story: use a hard sided golf bag carrying case.

Hi there! You can usually tell by visiting the website of the airport you're planning to visit. I'd also say that they can sometime still be slightly confusing and you may consider calling the rental company that you find the best deal on and ask if they have a shuttle, or if they're walking distance. I completely agree! It's much easier to walk vs. shuttle with all the kid/baby stuff! Best of luck! Sarah

Hi Visit the Airport website that you are flying into to see if the rental cars on on site. If they are on site they will list the ones that are there and which ones need shuttle. Good Luck!!
