I had a flight scheduled for June to Jamaica which was cancelled because of Covid19. Today I called to reschedule for November and have spent almost four hours on the phone, only to be cut off. No one has called me back and I have no idea what the rep did. He had reserved new flights but now I have received an email stating the one of the flights was cancelled. How do I get someone to help me?

Hoping someone can help me. Am looking at flights from Phoenix, AZ to Montego Bay, Jamaica and it's very confusing. Sometimes when I put it in, I get information on flights and other times there are no flights listed. Right now I can get flights through April but in May it shows there are no flights. However, if I book from Phoenix to Houston, and then from Houston to Montego Bay, flights come up. It seems that I shouldn't have to do this. Is there a trick? Thanks for any help.
