I bought a ticket and paid for it. My plans changed (seminar cancelled) well in advance of the departure departure date, I notified southwest of cancellation. I received a notice with a deadline to use the credit (not a cash refund of my own money, or it expires. It expired, now do I have any claim to receive my money or buy another ticket? How can a refund of my own money expire?
