I am responding to Southwest employee Lindsey regarding drink tickets.  I just sent an email to Customer Service regarding this issue at her advisement to another customer. With further reading of the FAQ's, I noticed if we use POINTS to pay for our reservation, we do NOT quaify for one of the 10 qualifying flights to receive drink tickets.  My question is, why have points at all if  we can't get a perk, like a simple drink ticket, for being a Rapid Reward member and USING our points???  Are we suppose to just let them accumulate forever and not use them? This policy is not fair for a company that makes millions and millions of dollars a year from their loyal Rapd Rewards customers.  ...
