On May 27th, 2017 my husband and I were headed back to Dallas to work Memorial Day weekend for a contract job. We had visited family in Florida for a few days that week because of a recent death in the family (a visit we felt was cut far too short.) We booked last minute Southwest tickets over a holiday week so prices were through the roof for travel. Our flight attendant, Sherry Lewis, offered us service with a smile! She made the flight back to work so much more tolerable and lifted our spirits that day. Thank you, Sherry, for embodying the Southwest spirit of hospitality and generosity! We are definitely Southwest customers for life
