Yup 👆🏼 I totally agree. Just went through the same annoying process. It truly needs to be changed on the website and explained better. I love Southwest, but I feel like this is a scam.

Fail here as well. I just had to check myself in 24 hours prior. I received no notification if I was or was not checked in and the check in button allowed me to do it myself.... under the 24 hour window, with everyone else.
