I had the same issue on July 28th. How was your issue resolved with SWA? Ive spoken to customer service reps as well as a "supervisor" at SWA corporate who basically said they would do nothing about it. As a result, I paid $140 more for my reservations due to the time it took to make the purchase via credit card.
