I have never been able to modify my reservation online. Ever. I always get an error message on international travel. I just missed out on saving almost 10,000 points (5000 each ticket) because of not being able to modify online. I was on the phone with a few different agents (who were wonderful) and they could not see the fares that I had on my screen. I even took a picture of them showing day and time. They were not able to adjust the points to what I would have been able to if the system worked. I have never been able to get points adjusted on any international travel. They do not know why.
