1. Eligibility Restrictions
2. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their place of residence and have a valid e-mail address and a Facebook account as of November 22, 2015.  Eligibility is contingent on agreement to, and compliance with, these Official Rules. Employees of Southwest Airlines Co. (“Sponsor”), Georgia Aquarium, and the members of their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Only one winner per household and per Facebook account is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below). Any attempt by any person found to use multiple Facebook accounts to enter, or in any other way attempt to obtain more than the authorized number of entries will be found to be ineligible, and their entries will be disqualified. Any eligible individual participating in this Sweepstakes shall be a “Participant.”  Participation must be by the Participant.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Participant.  Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized Facebook account holder.  If the identity of the individual who actually participated in the Sweepstakes cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected individual’s entry will be deemed ineligible.
4. Participants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and may also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
5. How to Enter the Sweepstakes
6. The Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. CT on November 22, 2015 and end at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 23, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

  During the Sweepstakes Period, Participants should follow Southwest Airlines on Facebook via the Southwest Airlines page to receive notice of the Sweepstakes and be directed to the Official Rules on the Nuts About Southwest blog.

1. To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must enter via the following method:

During the Sweepstakes Period, go to the Southwest Airlines Facebook page and comment on the “Georgia Aquarium Sweepstakes” photo using the hashtag “#Sweepstakes,” declaring what attraction you are most excited to visit at the Georgia Aquarium. Participants must use the hashtag “#Sweepstakes” for entry to be valid. Facebook Terms and Policies (https://www.facebook.com/policies), shall apply as if set forth herein in full.  Questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not Facebook. Entries must not disparage; contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, offensive, illegal, or vulgar; or promote bigotry, racism, hatred or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Any entry that is not compliant with these Official Rules will be deemed void at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Entries must be sent and received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible.  Unintelligible entries; entries with incomplete, invalid, incorrect, or noncurrent information; entries that are counterfeit, damaged, or tampered with in any way; and entries with printing, production, or typographical errors will be disqualified.  Disqualified entries and entries that are late, lost, damaged, misdirected, stolen, or not delivered are not the responsibility of the Sponsor.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for entries misdelivered, delayed, or not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. By entering this Sweepstakes, you give your full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Official Rules and acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook.

3. Prizes
4. Sweepstakes Prize: Ten (10) winners will each be awarded one family four-pack of tickets to the Georgia Aquarium, worth approximately $128. Tickets are valid through December 31, 2015.

Total approximate Prize Value is $128. Total of all prizes is $1,280. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. b. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. Sponsor is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.  Sponsor is not responsible if a potential winner does not receive his or her prize because erroneous, expired, canceled, fraudulent, or fake information was provided during the Sweepstakes.  Only the prize(s) set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.  If, through printing or production error, or for any other reason whatsoever, more prizes are claimed than intended and/or set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

4. Selection of Winners
5. Each eligible entry during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered in the random drawing.  The random drawing will occur on or about November 24, 2015.
6. Sponsor’s decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Participants need not be present to win.
7. Potential winner notification will be made on or about November 24, 2015 (“the “Notification”) by Sponsor via Facebook. Potential winner will be direct messaged on Facebook and given an e-mail address to contact for validation within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the Notification. Once the validation occurs, the potential winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release in which they agree to hold Sponsor, Facebook, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of same harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner does not timely respond to the Notification, fails to complete and return any required document hereunder, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason, then a disqualification shall result, such prize shall be forfeited and, at the sole option of Sponsor, an alternate potential prize winner may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries.
8. Conditions
9. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s social security number or the equivalent. Failure to submit a Form W-9 upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winnings over $600 will be reported to the IRS.
10. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to have his/her name, voice, likeness, photograph, statements, opinions, biological information, and/or Sweepstakes entry used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes or otherwise, in any media, worldwide, now known or hereinafter developed, in perpetuity, without additional notice, payment, or other compensation unless prohibited by law, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
11. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from entering or claiming a prize.
12. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sponsor’s website, or otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award any applicable prize(s) form the entries submitted before the cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Official Rules, including the substitution of a prize of greater or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
14. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in a Participant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Sponsor.
15. The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize. In any case, the final winner of all prizes will be determined, and prizes will be awarded, within a reasonable time after the end of the Sweepstakes except as agreed between Sponsor and winner.
16. Copies of the Official Rules and a list of winners (when complete) may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Southwest Airlines Co., Emerging Media, P.O. Box 36611, Dallas, TX 75235-1611. All requests must be received by December 2, 2015.
17. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED MATERIALS OR TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE PROCESSED LATE OR INCORRECTLY OR ARE LOST DUE TO COMPUTER OR ELECTRONIC MALFUNCTION.  WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ON PRIZE AND FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN PRIZE DESCRIPTION.  SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES IF FRAUD OR TECHNICAL FAILURE COMPROMISES THE INTEGRITY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. If for any reason a Participation’s entry is confirmed to have been voided or corrupted by any grossly negligent act of the Sponsor, Participant’s sole remedy is another entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to availability and provided that this Sweepstakes has not then expired.

7. Construction and Disputes

Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.  Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.  Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical errors in Sweepstakes materials or these Official Rules.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.

8. Privacy

By entering this Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to Sponsor’s manner of collection, use, retention, and disclosure of participant’s personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, all names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and birth dates obtained form or provided by Participants.  Information collected from Participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and any state or federal law.  Sponsor’s privacy policy can be found at www.southwest.com/html/about-southwest/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy-pol.html.
