A LARGE photo of Rafa*?!?!?!?! I can't wait to give him a hard time about this. This is TOO good. In all seriousness, this is pretty cool. What gate is it at? *Rafa is one of the best folks working at the Tucson station. A class act and he's pretty darn funny.

I overheard the passengers ahead of me debating about whether these people were real employees or just actors and models. They're all so great looking! LUV you, Southwest!

@Caleb: All of them?!? I'm scared to fly though Denver now. haha! Someone from DEN has to send a photo down to the Tucson station. @Mysmartha: I can vouch that at least one guy is a real employee. I see him every few days when I show up in Tucson. I see Rafa (the smiling bald dude) more than I see my friends. I think one of the guys in the Bags commercial is from San Diego.
