Karla_MelissaValladares As the national director of gaming for Cintas, Karla Perez-Larragoite oversees a team that designs and implements uniform programs for casinos. Although she frequently works in Las Vegas, she also trains and mentors team members across the country. Thanks to Southwest Airlines’ flight schedule, maintaining those relationships is easy. Even in the air, Karla can keep in touch thanks to free onboard WiFi—a perk of being an A-list Preferred Member of our Rapid Rewards frequent flyer program. Karla became a Southwest Customer 10 years ago. She had no trouble making the airline her carrier of choice.
