Just in time for February 14, the Southwest Airlines Blog Team introduces The Valentine's Day Photo Caption Contest! The LUV Airline is awarding a free trip to Las Vegas, including roundtrip airfare, a two-night hotel stay at the Mirage Hotel, and two tickets to The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil to the blogger that writes the best caption for this snazzy photo:

It's pictures like this that may me wish A&E hadn't cancelled Airline. I'm sure the story behind this picture is funnier that any caption I could come up with. And now for some strange reason, I have a song from the Lion King running through my head: "Can you feel the LUV tongiht?"

I miss Airline so much. I have so many Luv ly stories about my trips on Southwest. The best being the 2005 SuperBowl in Jacksonville. Some day I'll share it. As for the caption "Southwest LUV says it ALL"

Well okay Blog boy.... Here's my caption. Remember that Sonny & Cher song from the 70's? "LUV - LUV will keep us together... Think of me babe whenever" The guy in the picture even looks like Sonny! ha ha Hmm... come to think of it, maybe that wasn't Sonny & Cher.... But you know the song I'm thinking about!? ; )

K. I do indeed know that song, and at least you didn't pick Muskrat Love. Speaking of large rodents, that song and the one you mentioned were performed by Captain and Tenile. Sonny and Cher did "I Got You Babe" which ties into Ashley's Groundhog Day post (Rise and Shine, Campers!) from Saturday which was also about a big rodent. Okay, now check out the picture again. Look at Cupids shoes! He went all out! So cute! So I have another caption... and they are words in a song. Not sure who sings this song but I bet Blog Boy remembers it.?? "I feel the LUV from my head to my toes." doot doot doo doo doooooo.... I've got a new attitude.
