Each morning I get a wonderful email from Audri and Jim Lanford which gives me significant happenings in history on each day of the year, along with an inspirational quote. I thought today's was worth sharing with you. So, with credit to Audri and Jim, here is your nugget for the day:

Did you know...

... that today is Women Aviators Day? On the birthday of Amelia Earhart, the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean and also the Pacific Ocean, all women pilots are honored. Earhart was born in 1897 at Atchison, Kansas. In 1937, her plane disappeared over the Pacific Ocean.

Today's Inspirational Quote:

"Decide whether or not the goal is worth the risks involved.
If it is, stop worrying."
