APP NOT WORKING

I cannot get the SW airlines app to work.  It always gives me a "you're not connected" message, but I always have been connected to the internet on either wireless or cell every time.  

This means I can't use my app for a boarding pass or anything else.

I have an iPhone 12 mini that I keep updated.  

Why won't this app work??????????????????

Try deleting and then reloading the app.
