This is absolutely not ok. I bought a hard side suitcase on the 10 th of September it was delivered on the 15 th of September. I flew from Colorado Springs to Tampa on the 20 th and my suitcase is cracked in two different areas. Now they are saying they have a company that will replace my suitcase, the problem is they don’t carry the same suitcase that they damaged, and that mean it won’t match my other pieces. I’m beyond upset. This is NOT OK

As an alternative take a private jet.
