I have a trip coming up in 2 days on SWA and I am currently struggling with sinus congestion and partially blocked Eustachian tubes. There is a product called EarPlanes that are supposed to help regulate the changing pressure as the aircraft ascends and descends. My question is, do I need to use these if I can already pop my ears with no problem to relieve pressure?

If you xcan alreay pop your ears, then there's no need for ear planes

I think the bubble gum would solve the problems. I have been using this for years...
