I fly about 100 one ways a year and while I used to give out "Kick-Tail" cards, I now need to know how to email my compliments to Corporate.

I'm sad those were discontinued as well!

Now you can use Contact Southwest Customer Service and also reach out on Twitter if you mention "@SouthwestAir" - don't include any personal information until they ask for a direct message and you can send them your confirmation number then.

I wish they would bring back the kicktail coupons because an email to HQ doesn’t feel the same as there is not a guarantee the employee sees the thanks vs me handing that kicktail they feel the LUV even if there is no prize except knowing that you have made someone’s day (which is a prize in itself)

I just received 12 of them in the mail today;  I have never seen them before and had to come here to see what it was all about.  Looking forward to giving some out, there have been some well deserved people in the past that would have been nice to give to.
