I’ve been a customer for many years. Lately, the delays, the lack of explanation, Wi-Fi not working, the added costs on my end, the higher flight ticket rates, the strained customer service for my family has become the new normal for southwest. I will be exploring other options and letting my family and friends know what’s trending at SW since I’m not sure they can fix. It took me 20 minutes of hoop jumping to find a way to leave a message that I hope someone listens.
