More Rewards is a program exclusively for Rapid Rewards® Credit Cardmembers to redeem Rapid Rewards Points for items other than Southwest travel. Cardmembers can use their points for merchandise, international flights on global carriers, hotel stays, rental cars, gift cards, and exclusive Cardmember experiences. 

How do I get in contact with More Rewards? 

More Rewards’ Customer Service can be reached at (800) 833-4861 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. 

Can I redeem my Rapid Rewards Points through More Rewards if I’m not a Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmember?  

At this time More Rewards redemption options are only available for Cardmembers. If you’re interested in signing up for a Southwest Rapid Rewards®  Credit Card, we invite you to complete an application here.

What types of questions does More Rewards handle?

You would contact More Rewards if you need to book or change a new reservation using Rapid Rewards Points for international flights on other carriers, car rentals, hotels, cruises, or travel packages. More Rewards also handles any orders, cancellations, returns, or exchanges with event tickets, “experience” awards, gift cards, and certificates using Rapid Rewards Points.  

However, if you have questions on your Rapid Rewards account (e.g. checking your Points balance, how to access your Rapid Rewards account on Southwest.com, password reset issues, when Points will post to your account, etc.)  please contact Southwest Airlines Customer Relations at (855)- 234-4654 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday.

Does More Rewards require advanced notice for reservations?  

Yes! If a Cardmember uses their points on the More Rewards site to book a car rental, hotel stay, or travel on another airline, there are advanced booking requirements. There is a five-day advanced notice requirement for air, car, and hotel bookings.  This advanced booking requirement may also be extended around the holiday season.
