25,000 points for travel disruption not sent to all passengers

My husband received an email from CEO Bob Jordan regarding 25,000 points being given for travel disruptions, but my daughter and I did not receive an email. Our flight was canceled and rebooked. so we drove 7 hours to pick up another flight and that flight was delayed almost six hours. Does anyone know if all passengers on canceled/delayed flights are supposed to received the email?

Thanks in advance!

Are there multiple redemption codes in the email?

This. I would suspect one email per reservation and perhaps even just one combined email covering multiple reservations, not per passenger. It's definitely not 100% clear how the emails are organized/grouped. Perhaps based on the email used in the reservation process?

I made the reservation for my husband and son with my email address and RR account but have yet to receive an email.

My wife got the email, but I didn't.  We were traveling on different reservations, but had the same canceled return flights.

They are probably being sent in batches because so many were impacted by these cancellations

I would have expected 2.5 million points to settle.

@floridaguy too bad you weren't flying and your opinion doesn't matter as you were not affected.
