I have been A List Preferred for 5 years, and every time I call there is no issue. They route me to the A List agent and all is well.
This morning I have an extremely delayed flight, was calling to change it and it now doesn't recognize my phone number. When I type in my RR number, it says there is no RR number that exists.
Anyone know what is going on?

Have you tried to log on and change it yourself? You should be able to do so.
What is likely going on is system overload caused by the boatload of passengers who were supposed to be on all those weekend flights that Southwest cancelled -- they are calling too..

Yes - I was able to change it online myself.
However, it still doesn’t help the fact that I can’t take advantage of the status with the phone line.

I have 2 cell phones and sometimes I forget which phone# is the one SWA recognizes as me. If I use the wrong one I have issues getting through

Yes, the A-List function that recognizes you by your phone number (or entering your A-List number) has been down for the last several days.
