Hi,
This is the first time I have earned the CP. My pass expires 12/31/2023. There is a good chance that I will meet the 135,000 requirements before December. If that happens does the CP roll over to 2024?

Yes, if you earn 135,000 CP points in 2023, then you will have CP in 2024.
