Hello. My family and I had each gathered some points. Now, if I pay for our tickets thru my account, how can I combine all of our points together so I can use all of our points together and pay our tickets thru my acct? Pls help thank you

The only way to do that is to ask the airline to transfer points from one person to another.

Problem is you have to pay SW to do this. The cost is about a penny a point .

The transaction wipes out a large percentage of the value of points. Thus it is not advised.

Oh wow! So, not really advisable.

Thanks for the info.

Solution

Sounds like you may already be aware, but just to make sure... anyone can buy tickets for anyone else with their points.  And you can also book one way tickets instead of round trip.  So perhaps person A can buy a one way for person B and person C can buy the 2nd one way for person B.  There are some creative ways to utilize points spread out amongst people.  Now if someone doesn't have enough points to purchase anything it would be nice to combine those points with someone else, but as @dfwskier said there's not a cost effective way to just transfer those points.
