Credit card bonus categories offers

Where is the best place to find credit card bonus offer category? I noticed some people say they are getting 3/5 times points. I have not been targeted for any offers. Is there a way to get on a list? I use my Southwest card regularly,for $5000 k per month

The promotions just randomly show up in your Rapid Rewards Southwest.com  "My Account" page.  You then have to register for them to be effective.
