Earned & Congratulated but can’t use

I went over 135,000 on 1/4 and was congratulated for earning the companion pass. I’m still not able to use/add companion for mid January flights. If I’ve earned it and been congratulated, why can’t I use it. Any idea how long it takes after earned. Thanks

Couldn’t enter information until a box was there telling me to,

Just logged in again and it’s there 1/5 mid day. All good.
