Got new credit card, still don't have bonus points

I got the Southwest credit card in order to get the bonus points. Does anyone know how long it takes for the bonus points to be posted to an account? Any why is so hard to get a person on the phone to answer this question? Thanks in advance for your time in replying.

Your points will post after you gave passed the spend requirement and have been billed for that amount.
