Rapid Rewards Points Redemed for Spotify gift card

Hello,

Reaching out to the community for assistance on a Spotify gift card that is restrictive and is solely exclusive to their premium service. Redeemed points to give the gift card to my college daughter and learnt that the card can not be used as we expected as it is specific to Spotify's Premium Service,  it is essentially a promotion for their best service and we thought it was a gift card for any Spotify purchase. Would have not redeemed points for this gift card if I had know the gift card was limited to only one service at Spotify. Sent and email to Southwest on this issue and had not received a response. Feel I was switched and baited on this and sharing with the community so that someone else doesn't fall into this Spotify gimmick.

The only thing you can buy with points at Southwest Airlines iis plane tickets.  

A different organization, More Rewards, allows people to buy things other than plane tickets on SW. You need to compalin to the right company..

Thanks for the suggestion but still no response from that organization.  They look to be  swindlers.

Update. None of the replies addressed my stated concern and want to post for someone's else benefit in case they may need help and a resource. The company that services points for gift cards is called More Rewards. 800-833-4861 (Central time zone).  They listened to me and they then they finally rejected my request for refund. They stated inaccurate information which was not true:

1) Their website had clear disclaimer stating gift card can only be used for Spotify Premium. Inaccurate as this was not stated on their website. If it was I would not have ordered the card. Which was my point.

2)  Their contact phone number was stated on the gift card mail out. That is inaccurate as I still have the gift card mail out and their is no contact information.

I will not be using More Rewards again and concerned that their employees are trained with inaccurate information and are told what to say and not actually solve a problem. Looks poorly on Southwest Rewards as it is not a success story.
