Groups fone number constantly engages

I have been trying for more than a week (at every hour of early morning to late night) to reach Group Reservations and it rings engaged every time I call. I am used to having to wait in a queue but I have never had such difficulty reaching the Group Sales Desk. I am desparate to secure 90 seats in early October. Is there any other route I can use other than 1-800-433-5368? Many thanks
