I’m traveling in mid March and there are plenty of options for WGA fares on the Tuesday I fly out, but the following Sunday there are hardly any. I can only find some for either the earliest or later flights. I tested this with multiple cities and had similar results. Could this just be the SWA team working on the schedule for that time? Or is it because I’m booking during key spring break time? Trying to decide if I should just bite the bullet and get the tickets since this is for a conference. TIA!

This is probably because of spring break fares for potentially busy seasons will be higher and as the date gets closer they might release some cheaper seats if the flight isn’t filling up.
if you can afford it I would book now and If the price goes down later you can get a flight credit to use on another flight. If you book the anytime or business select fare now you can get a refund and book the cheaper fare.
