Two SW employees at STL airport Denise (#158128) and Chris (#150625) went way out of their way to help me get my son on a flight home after three cancellations--it would have been easy for them to just say I'm too busy (and they were swamped ) but they chose NOT to do that and they helped me and my son!
There are still some very good people in this world.
