How do I post a review? I had a great experience with a Southwest customer service representative who went above and beyond to try and accommodate my request. I would like to share my experience and acknowledge her efforts.

Hi!
Glad you had a great experience! First, I would let Southwest Customer Service know in an email of your compliment directly so that the CSA can receive proper recognition.

I would use TripAdvisor if you want to post a public review but make sure it is conjunction with a flight experience, not just the CSA call. TripAdvisor is the third search result and first review portal that appears when Googling "Southwest Airlines" and permits one to write a review on a per-flight experience basis.

Feel free to tell us here! We (fellow fans/fliers) would love to hear about it. And as @SoCalFlyer97 says, contact Southwest and tell them directly!

Southwest has the absolute worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Over an hour wait time (regularly folks not an outlandish experience with this awful company). Representatives are rude and not very helpful assigning every issue to the client and resolving through the app or the airport itself. If given a 50/50 chance to live for a narcoleptic pilot to fly I'd take that over flying with Southwest any day

South West is the worst airline I have ever flown. They are never on time and do not respect the people flying their service. They are political in their beliefs leaning far left.

I'm not sure politics belongs here or is relevant to any conversation. I've also found that when many people say "leaning far left" it's code for "belief in basic human rights." How dare they!

So politics isn't relevant to any conversation, yet you felt the need to add in your political opinion immediately after that statement. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. How about just getting the conversation back on topic without creating unnecessary drama?

It's weird to me that when someone even hints that they believe in basic human rights, someone comes along and says they are making a political statement. These are, indeed, strange strange times.
