Check your spam filter and verify that you have the correct email address in your RR profile. Emails can also just take a little time (few hours) sometimes to arrive.

I always take a screen shot of every transaction completed online just in case I don't receive a confirmation email. I practice this with every purchase I make (not only SW purchases). Gives me a peace of mind.
